The AMBEX YM-15 utilizes impinged jet atmospheric gas burners for a cleaner, more precise roasting environment. Independent roasting and cooling allow for continuous, consistent performance, reducing overall operation time. Easy to program digital controllers with scientifically placed bean probes make for a more precise roasting platform, allowing for accurate roasting from 10 to 100 percent batch capacity. Preset audio alarms help operators keep labor costs down in a busy production environment.
